This place is fantastic, much larger and more beautiful than the pictures portray. Huge pool with fabulous outdoor spaces for socialising, and the bedrooms were really luxurious. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Bolli Heights Villa is a perfect place to stay. We really enjoyed the pool. After spending the day in the sunshine we loved ending the day in pool to cool down and relax. Simon the villa manager always responded swiftly to our questions. We would absolutely recommend Bolli Heights to anyone. Thanks Simon and Karen for all your assistance. We all had a wonderful holiday in Barbados.

We had a fantastic time, a really happy vacation with our friends, made even better because Bolli Heights is a very special villa. There are lots of little touches that make a difference, it’s elegantly furnished and comfortable. The views are beautiful and it’s near the beach – where we loved swimming with the sea turtles. The large swimming pool is fabulous. We were well looked after, everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful – thank you. We couldn’t have wished for better accommodation. We all would love to return.

We had a great stay. We loved Barbados and Bolli Heights. Karen made the booking procedure really easy and Karen and Simon (the villa manager) communicated well with us in the run up to our stay. They offered to get groceries for us and were flexible with our arrival time. When we got there, Bolli Heights was just as described. Simon was there to meet us and helped us. The villa is roomy and super clean and we all really liked the fabulous outside covered area and the large swimming pool. The views of the sea are magnificent, and we were treated to some amazing sunsets. We really appreciated the tranquillity and it was a real pleasure to stroll along to the Fish Pot restaurant for early evening drinks and a walk on the jetty out to sea. We had some great dinners there too – catch of the day is recommended. We also really like Little Bristol Bar. We hired a car, which I would recommend, and we tried all the superb beaches all along the west coast of the island. The reef at the beach at Holetown, Heywoods Beach and Heron Bay were the ones we liked best. But best of all we liked returning to Bolli Heights after a day of activity. We have returned home after our ten night holiday at Bolli Heights… an amazing villa!! We all had the very best time – it’s perfect. There is loads of space indoors and outside. The villa is positioned on a ridge and there is always a nice breeze to keep things cool. The beach is a very short walk.
We enjoyed watching the families of monkeys, so entertaining! The nearby rum shacks and local fish frys are great – you really should try them! No one wanted to leave Bolli Heights, but we will absolutely be going back – that’s our promise!

Bolli Heights is a fabulous family villa with great restaurants and superb surfing locations just a stone’s throw away. We really enjoyed out stay.

We had a fabulous holiday at Bolli Heights. To be honest this house wasn’t our first choice but due to circumstances we had to choose an alternative and we definitely struck lucky because this house was everything you need and more. The house is spacious with lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds all air conditioned. The outside space is perfect with lovely views and a very inviting pool. This place truly made our holiday on the magical island of Barbados. We cannot wait to return.

I am reluctant to write this review as I’d like Bolli Heights to be as secret as possible! It is an amazing place to spend a holiday. Spacious inside with a cooling breeze, large bedrooms, modern kitchen, and well appointed bathrooms. But the best bit is the outside space, we lived on the vast covered patio with its pool and sea views. Fantastic location with short stroll to a beautiful beach, and restaurants at Fishpot and Mertons. Perfect place for a chilled out holiday, thank you.

Nice villa with great breeze that blows through. Has everything you need for vacation. Well maintained and house manager (Simon) is really responsive. Safe location, a car is needed to get around, there is the Fish Pot Restaurant nearby.

Fantastic villa, really well equipped & located. Speightstown is very nice and the nearby beaches are gorgeous. The large pool is really very nice and the covered terrace is huge! We had a fabulous stay and Simon the house manager was really helpful.

Myself and my family loved Bolli Heights! The the covered patio area, the swimming pool, fabulous views – it was just great. We were there for nine days and we really enjoyed each minute of our stay. The villa was perfect for four of us and it would have been just fine with more guests staying. We really liked the location and the parish of St Peter. We enjoyed the privacy but also the fact that it isn’t very far at all from the attractions and places we wanted to go. We are definitely planning a return trip!

This was an amazing place paradise did not even come close having been employed by Princess Cruises for ten years or more having travelled the world extensively this hideaway was idyllic secluded so very different from the commercialised all inclusive resorts.
To see the locals attend church on a Sunday immaculate suited and booted and to hear the gospel music so very uplifting.
We could also walk to the local beach and see the local fisherman pulling in the catch of the day.
We also used the boat available to ourselves giving us a different perspective from the water of this British Caribbean Castaway!
The local people are so trusting and honest and decent on one occasion got lost took a walk locally to be chaperoned home by a delightful male who funnily wanted a flask that is rum of course as a reward!

Bolli Heights is truly an amazing house, it’s spotless and stylish. The view outside is fantastic day and night and the large swimming pool is awesome. The beach is just a very short walk along the path to the side of the villa. Simon was really great, he gave us loads of advice and even though we didn’t need him much during the stay, it was good that if we did need anything he was on hand to help us. Avril the housekeeper was brilliant, she was welcoming and friendly and everything was fresh and clean. We had a really relaxing time.

It was a pleasure staying at Bolli Heights every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a true paradise waking up to such an amazing beautiful view. The villa is very spacious and caters to all your needs. The pool is massive and we even saw monkeys too. Also would like to thank our outstanding House Manager Simon couldn’t ask for anyone better he was always around if we ever needed any help he does a superb job.

We are just back from a wonderful three weeks at Bolli Heights. So wonderful, in fact that we booked for next year before flying home. The house offer everything needed to enjoy a break in paradise. The pool and outstanding terrace offer enough space, seating and shade for the largest of parties and ensures that the whole day will be spent outside. The kitchen is well equipped for all cooking requirements although there is ample opportunity to eat out with a host of good options including the nearby Fishpot which is in easy walking distance and is an excellent spot for a sundowner and also has a good beach. Braddies rum shop is not far away and can be quite an experience. The area is quieter than further south on the island and a car is essential for the shopping trips to Speightstown and Holetown. The house manager, Simon, is always on hand to provide assistance and advice in the most friendly way. Excellent. Can’t wait to get back.

We have just spent 2 weeks here this august as a family of 4, me, my wife and 2 boys aged 12 and 9. Bolli Heights surpasses all possible expectations and is absolutely the most incredible, spacious and luxurious villa. The setting is just perfect and close to the nearest beach with every conceivable item you could ever wish for in house. The pool and surrounding areas are very well kept and internally the house is far bigger than the photos can justify. We had the most amazing holiday and will definitely be treating ourselves to return trip and nothing else will now live up to this. I would recommend this 5 star villa to anybody. From opening the bedroom patio doors onto the pool as the sun blazes through to a private boat trip swimming with the turtles every moment is treasured and recommended highly.

We arrived at this property for ten days, it was a special anniversary so it was important to us that we had chosen the right villa to stay in. We were delighted with the villa, the pool area and outside space is fantastic, we barbecued several evenings , lazed by the pool during the day and relaxed in beautiful surrounds. The villa is a great size , plenty of comfy furniture and excellent sized bedrooms, our room had the en-suite facilities and the doors opened straight onto the patio next to the pool. You will not be disappointed if you chose this lovely villa for your holiday. Close to the beach and facilities close by in Moontown, We ate at the fishpot a super restaurant it took us 5 mins to walk to it from the villa. This is 5 star accommodation. Barbados really is paradise , We will definitely book this villa again.

Just back in the UK after 10 nights in Barbados, staying at Bolli Heights. A wonderful way to recharge the batteries, and what a fantastic property. Located further north (St. Peter) than we would normally stay, but no problems with a car – 5mins to Speightstown, 15mins to Holetown, and 25mins to Bridgetown. The outside space could not be faulted – plenty of areas to relax, sunbathe, cook, eat, swim. Very private and quiet, with beautiful views. Only a few minutes walk to the Fish Pot (via the well paved alley next door but one), and excellent restaurants across the island – Lobster Pot and Island Plates were great finds in Speightstown, but Tides in Holetown delivered yet again. Indoor area (although not much time spent inside!) was equally good – master bedroom opening up on to the pool, and very well equipped kitchen. Really hard to find fault, and if you do have problems the excellent Simon and Karen are only an email or call away. Enjoy!!

Just back from paradise again, we spent 16 days here this trip, this is our 5th time staying at Bolli Heights – it’s just perfect. We had the most amazing time, we went with our family. I would highly recommend this property, 5 star accommodation house amazing, gardens wonderful, the pool just perfect. We would spend our time around the house in the morning relaxing ,then most days we went out on the boat at lunch time down to one of the beaches, white sand, turquoise water, you can hire the boat and a driver, this made our holiday very special, we even went down to Bridgetown on the boat. The most perfect time is sunset. We swam with the turtles on a local beach and our favourite little bar was called Braddies just on the beach 5 minutes away from the villa, this is a bar that the locals use.

This is where dreams are made. Just Paradise . I can’t wait to go back next year again, I’m counting the weeks already.

Bolli Heights ticked every box for us. The high ceilings with large fans have a wonderful colonial feeling. The house is air conditioned but we loved using the fans. The decor is first class and is not furnished a s a “rental”. When we first walked out to the pool area, our spirits soared. It is a very large area with plenty of covered seating in cushioned comfortable chairs. There is a gas BBQ, A wonderful covered dining area lit with fairy lights at night. It was magical. We spent many happy hours swimming in the pool, sunning on the loungers and then cooling off in the shaded seating. The kitchen was so well equipped it was like being in our kitchen at home. Everything from an egg cup to a dishwasher! The ice maker in the freezer was very welcome and well used sitting in the sun with a highball!! Talking of which the local water is perfectly safe to drink which saves buying water all the time. We loved that we could trot down the pathway between the houses to The Fish Pot restaurant. It was our local eaterie and we went many times for lunch sitting looking out to the Caribbean Sea. The development of Bolli Heights is quiet and at night it is a calm and restful sitting out under the stars hearing nothing but cicadas and tree frogs. There are no “partying” tourists to be heard. It is perfect especially after a busy sightseeing day or shopping in Hole town. It is wonderful to return to the tranquillity of being a little out of the madding crowd. The bus service works absolutely brilliantly but we hired a car as we wanted to be more flexible. The hire cars are delivered right to the villa, a very useful service. Simon, the house manager could not have been more helpful. He gave us so many tips on where to shop and eat. He was back at the house at the drop of a hat when we couldn’t work something out i.e. How to work turn on the DVD player!
I have to say the beds are so comfortable, really good mattresses. It may sound like an odd thing to put in a review but that is an important factor as I suffer with back problems. The quality of the house is 5 star. We are definitely going back.

This villa is located on the North west coast in a quiet area of about 15 homes. There are only a few on the street that have the amazing views of Bolli Heights which is almost 160 degrees looking west towards the sunset. There are no noisy bars or beachside developments to mar the peaceful atmosphere. The FishPot restaurant is more than fish, in fact the quaint, historic hotel became our regular morning take out of cappuccino and croissant for delightful breakfasts on the large patio deck of the villa next to the pool. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The beach is a short 5 minute walk (next to the FishPot).Larger beaches are close by but require a car or the bus. We recommend parking on the laneway to the north of Colony Bay (9.5Kms) to enjoy the boardwalk and sandy beaches of Holetown.

I have been to stay at Bolli Heights on a couple of occasions and have booked to go back in April this year. The villa is very spacious and had everything we wanted, situated in a quiet area and the beach is only 5 minutes away, also the villa has a sea view if you prefer to lay by the pool for the day. Going out for the day on the boat was a great experience which I will remember for a long time. Would recommend Bolli Heights to anyone and I cant wait to go back

Bolli Heights is in an idyllic, quiet location with amazing views over the ocean. A quiet beach is only five minutes walk away and although a car is beneficial to explore the beautiful island, there is a frequent bus service which takes you all along the coast to Bridgetown. The villa is tastefully furnished to a high specification. It is extremely spacious both indoors and outside and we particularly enjoyed the comfy sofas in the covered outdoor area where we spent many evenings listening to the crickets. We loved the large pool and there is a good balance of shade and patio area with loungers to sunbathe. The highlight of our holiday was the complimentary boat trip with Mikee. The coastline from the ocean is stunning and it was good to have Mikee’s local knowledge to point out the interesting places and find the best spot to swim with the turtles. Water skiing from the boat on the way back was the perfect end to an unforgettable day. I would definitely recommend Bolli Heights and hope to return there.

Our week at Bolli Heights was wonderful and I would highly recommend this house. The location was perfect for us- the house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to beaches and restaurants. One of the best features of Bolli Heights is the outdoor patio area. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, playing games, and enjoying the sunsets from the spacious outdoor patio with a lovely view. The nearest beach is only a few minutes away. The Fish Pot restaurant is also only 2-3 min drive away and was very good! We drove the 15 -20 min. Into Holetown each night for wonderful meals! Speightstown is even closer than that (Maybe 10 min. Drive). Our group of 5 was very comfortable in the home. In addition, Karen and Simon were very helpful in answering questions, arranging a boat ride, making recommendations on a variety of topics and all around were just very helpful! I don’t think you will be disappointed if you choose Bolli Heights for your next vacation!

We had a wonderful holiday in Bolli Heights. The villa was even better than we had expected – it was sp stayacious , well equiped and very well maintained. We spent many happy hours around the large pool and on the terrace which is even larger than it appears in the photographs. The property was situated in a quiet residential area where we felt very safe. The nearest beach was an easy 5 minute walk away and was alongside the excellent Fish Pot restaurant where we ate several times. We particularly liked Mullins Beach however which was a 7 minute drive away. Karen and the team at Paradise Rentals were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope very much to return at some time in the future.
