Barbados wedding villa Bruadair is a perfect wedding venue for your special day. Located on the exclusive west coast, near to Holetown. Built within beautiful tropical surroundings, Bruadair has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests. There are 2 pools, 4 covered terraces, 2 open terraces and a wedding gazebo. The beauty of this private villa is that it is adaptable. If privacy is required it can be separated and used as a three bed and a four bed villa; each option with their own entrance, kitchen and pool.
This beautiful paradise is built on old plantation land (Lascelles). Because of its unspoiled location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day. But that’s not all, Bruadair is within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping in nearby Holetown.
Bruadair villa can be enjoyed for the peace and tranquillity of its surroundings or can come to life for entertaining using the various levels for different types of guest and occasions, whether it’s a wedding, birthday or any other event – Barbados is the perfect place to celebrate.
Barbados is a very friendly and safe island however the villa has been designed with security in mind, a 24/7 response alarm system is in place.
The villa has the latest wifi entertainment system which can be used together or separately on each floor allowing different moods at each level.

Terms and Conditions
There is a minimum stay of 5 nights, except at Christmas when it is 7 nights.
A cash deposit of US$500 is payable on arrival, and maybe withheld in full or in part, in the event of any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning. The deposit will be returned on departure.
There is a 10% Government Levy.
There is a US$30 booking fee.

Hi Karen,
We don’t know how to thank you for stepping in at such short notice with this fabulous house, it was absolutely perfect for our wedding party you really did pull out all the stops for us, It was amazing from being met at the airport by the VIP service, to opening the fridge to find a bottle of champagne waiting for us, everyone said it was the perfect, Thank you so much, highly recommend this house, Oh and not forgetting the Limegrove shopping heaven just around the corner what more could we want……..
