Barbados West Coast Beach Villa

Graceville really was a superb villa for us. We loved being so near to the beach. We have 2 small boys and we were concerned at firs because there is no pool; however, the beach was perfect for them. We rented sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach from Simone. She was great. If we waved she brought us drinks or brought our food order. The villa was ideal, with air-conditioning, and Alicia the house keeper is great. We would definitely recommend Graceville. It is great value, very safe, nice and clean and hospitable. And very near to Holetown. That’s is exactly why we will be booking again next year!

Located right opposite Reeds Bay, Graceville is a fabulous place to stay. We very much enjoyed our time there and we can’t wait to return! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Graceville was just perfect. The location was superb (just over the road to the beach). The housekeeper (Alicia) was really approachable and friendly. Our stay could not have been any better.

Graceville was ideal for our 2 families with 2 three year old children and a 1 year old child. Just across the street (literally a few steps) to a fabulous calm beach that the children loved, the beach had shade and somewhere we could purchase drinks. The villa also had loads of chairs for the beach and umbrellas and a picnic cool box which was great for us. We walked to a really fun beach-bar. If you choose not to rent a vehicle, the bus stops right in front of Graceville. The villa has a HUGE, grassy, fenced back yard which was perfect for young children to play. We loved Graceville. We would definitely be happy to stay again!”

It like we never left home! Everything that you need is there for you. Close to the beach and to transportation. It is well secured. A perfect holiday spot.

Graceville is a super villa near the beautiful beach just as if it was private 🙂 The Villa is very well equipped, the beach chairs were great. Super internet connection. The outdoor terrace is without error. We had to go grocery shopping by bus, but when we were orientated, it was not a problem for buses going very often …. Stay in Graceville I recommend !!! Thanks for your warmth and a wonderful stay in Barbados! I believe I’ll come back here again 🙂

The stay at Graceville was fantastic. A lovely, well equipped villa (never seen so much kitchen equipment!) and with such a lovely beach opposite. Seeing the monkeys in the back garden was a bonus too! We all had a great time.

Our family of 8 adults had an excellent time at the villa. It offers everything that you need for a relaxing vacation – spacious, well-equipped, clean, private, and very conveniently located. No car is needed – everything is accessible by a bus outside the gate. The beach across the street is picture-perfect, with occasional turtles swimming by, a beautiful coral reef very close to the shore, and various water activities offered right on the spot.
We would definitely consider coming back and we will highly recommend this place to our friends.

Great place at a great spot, couldn’t believe that the best beach in Barbados was just yards from the front door . I would definitely use both this agent and this villa agiain.

Well appointed house only 30 yards from the beach. It is comfortable for 3 couple and a couple of kids and has an american type kitchen. Plenty of space to read and relax if you stay in and ample common areas. The road in front can be busy, but you really don’t hear it as the bedrooms are in the back of the house. Shower to clean off your feet outside and plenty of parking space. Beach chairs and some beach gear. Goofy door opens towards road, but not a big deal. Would stay here again.
